Low fat makes you healthier and skinnier, Lie lie pants
Are you like me and have heard the rumbling that low
fat may not be healthy, but just blew it off as exaggerated
phobias? Not so, here is the proof!
Excerpt from a scientific research report; “..oils
known as trans fats (or partially hydrogenated oils).
These oils are very much like cholesterol and our bodies
cannot tell the difference. These oils get into our
cell walls and destroy the electrical charge. Without
the charge, our cells start to suffocate. Without the
oxygen, the only way the cell can replicate is anaerobically.(without
air)…They impede the process of cellular exchange,
or letting nutrition in and letting wastes out. Trans
fats are also responsible for Type II diabetes, since
insulin is a very large molecule it has a difficult
time passing through a cell wall created with man-made

When you eat french fries, oil fried foods, margarine,
cook with corn oils or other hydrogenated oils or eat
any low fat food. you make the walls of your cells rigid.
When the cell becomes rigid, insulin cannot enter the
cell and thus makes a non diabetic, diabetic. People
who are diabetic have to take more insulin to force
it into the cells. Nutrition becomes impeded from entering
the cell and trash cannot leave the cell. Air cannot
enter the cell and the suffocated cell struggles and
new cells are mutated.
Low fat foods do not lower your fat, it increases it!!!

Food manufactures know this, but make more money with
the lie that low fat foods are more nutritious and non
fattening. We have been deceived, being told we can
become healthier with low fat just so unscrupulous food
marketers can make more money at the expense of our
health!! The drug companies love it because then they
profit from selling us more diet pills. If the health
industry was really interested in healing us, they would
also quit lying and tell us the truth!! Next time you
are hit to give to any research foundation, consider
they are using your money to research new diet drugs,
diabetic drugs, and anti cancer cures that could come
automatically by stopping low fat foods. If we stopped
low fat and became healthier they all would lose millions
